Worthing Museum & Art Gallery


Worthing Museum & Art Gallery was opened in 1908, this beautiful Edwardian building is home to a fascinating collection of toys and costume that is amongst the largest in the country. Also on display is a collection of fine and decorative art, with works by Bassano, Samuel Palmer, Nash and laura Knight, local history and a collection of Roman hoards found recently displayed in the archaeology gallery. The Studio, Art Gallery, Norwood Gallery and Sculpture Garden feature work by local, national and international artists. There is a varied exhibition programme.
