Dorman Museum


The Dorman Museum was completely refurbished and expanded to give eight galleries filled with different themes, stories and objects. Explore `Earth in Space´ or take a dive into our interactive gallery based on water. Experience life in a bomb shelter in our local history area or marvel at the wonders of the ancient world in `Four Corners´. The museum houses the premier collection of locally made Linthorpe Art Pottery and a number of other objects designed by Christopher Dresser. Fun and fascination for all the family. Complete programme of temporary exhibition and events. A must for any visitor to Teesside.
