The Helicopter Museum


Britain´s only helicopter museum is a fascinating place to visit with many rare and unique helicopters on display under cover. It is Weston-super-Mare´s largest undercover all weather attraction and a fun place for all the family, with a coffee shop, children´s play area, gift shop, restoration hangar, open cockpit days and sight-seeing flights. The Helicopter Museum not only conserves full size helicopters but also has an extensive collection of all associated literature, manuals, memorabilia and artefacts. Group/school visits welcome by prior arrangement.

Opening Times: Apr to Oct Wed to Sun 10:00-17:30, Nov to Mar 10:00-16:30. Open daily for BH, Easter and summer school holidays.
Admission: Adult £4.95, Child £2.95, OAP £3.95, Family (2 adults and 2 children) £12.00, Family Ticket (2 + 3) £15.00. Concessions for groups.
Location: Museum is on A368/A371, three miles from Weston-super-Mare seafront. Approx one and a half miles from junction 21 on M5.
