A 'hidden gem' in a beautiful and very peaceful, rural location, Park House is a quintessentially English, small luxury country house hotel which nestles under the South Downs in the newly designated 'South Downs National Park'. It has just built six new bedrooms and now offers twenty-one luxury en-suite bedrooms with extensive indoor and outdoor facilities. These include a new luxury spa called PH20 - which comprises a stunning 15 metre swimming pool with marble entry shower, a jacuzzi, saunas and steam rooms, four treatment rooms, relaxation areas and a gym - as well as two grass tennis courts, a six hole Par 3 golf course, a new putting green, a croquet lawn and bowls lawn and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Available to guests on an exclusive-use basis, Park House has a beautifully restored Sussex Barn which is licensed for weddings. Upstairs there is a state-of-the-art Boardroom commanding panoramic views across the surrounding countryside. With a warm and welcoming 'home-from-home' atmosphere, the hotel is still family-owned and run.

Turn right at first sharp left hand bend at sign to Bepton and Park House. Continue straight for 2 miles and the hotel is on the left as you enter the village of Bepton. From Chichester, take the A286 to Midhurst. AS you approach Midhurst, turn left on the 2nd sharp bend following the sign to Bepton and Park House Hotel. Continue straight for 2 miles and the hotel is on the left as you enter the village of Bepton. From Petworth, take the A272 to Midhurst. Go through Midhurst and take the A286 to Chichester. At first sharp left hand bend, turn right at the sign to Bepton and Park House Hotel. Continue straight for 2 miles and the hotel is on the left as you enter the village of Bepton.

A warm and friendly reception. Only 1.5 hours from London. Staff went out of their way to suggest walks and restaurants. Breakfasts were delicious, rooms comfortable. The spa is excellent and largely empty during our stay! Very special.
