Penmaenuchaf Hall is a luxury country house hotel set in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park close to the market town of Dolgellau, where mid-Wales meets North Wales. The accommodation consists of fourteen exquisitely furnished bedrooms, boasting wonderful views over the Mawddach valley or mountains beyond. All rooms have in common exquisite furnishings, luxurious drapes and 21st century amenities throughout. The hotel is perfect for just chilling out or enjoying good food and wines. The elegant candlelit dining room has tables draped with heavy cloths and topped with fine linen, crystal and polished silver cutlery. The tables are always adorned with fresh cut flowers.

Penmaenuchaf Hall Hotel is part of the following Editors' Picks:

Ten Welsh Hotels with Walks by Adrian Mourby

"This Victorian hall is an excellent base for walking in the stunning Snowdonia National Park and along the Mawddach Estuary, but with 21 acres of landscaped garden there’s plenty of scope to stroll around the grounds too. Azaleas and rhododendrons line a circular route round the hotel’s lake where 57 species of bird were spotted in one month alone during the summer of 2012."
