Ockenden Manor hotel is a place for peace and serenity, this lovely Elizabethan manor house is a haven for those that need to ´get away from it all´. The wood panelled restaurant with ornately painted ceiling and stained glass windows is intimate and in the winter months a real log fire provides a cosy atmosphere. During the summer months less formal dining can be taken on the Conservatory Terrace or in the gardens. Ockenden has a huge wine cellar, with wines from all over the world. For those that simply wish to unwind, relax in front of a roaring fire in the sitting room or enjoy a drink in the cosy wood panelled residents bar. Spa opening early Dec 2011.
