The fourteen individually decorated double rooms enhance the restaurant experience together with Nigel´s famous Lancashire breakfasts. Situated on the edge of the Ribble Valley and The Trough of Bowland - some of the greatest beauty spots in the UK. A strong belief in the wine cellar is an integral part of the dining experience, boasting some 450 bins and well renowned for a fabulous range of half bottles.
