The Rose-in-Vale is a hotel which truly lives up to its name - a lovely Georgian Country Manor House dating from the 18th century, hidden away in its own Cornish wooded valley just outsdie the picturesque village of Mithian on the magnificent North Cornish coast. There is a choice of eighteen bedrooms (suites, double, twin, single), all nicely decorated and exceptionally comfortable. In the Valley Restaurant, with a new varied menu every day, you can enjoy good food and an interesting selection of wines. The Restaurant also boasts sweeping bay windows dressed in soft drapes overlooking rose beds and lawns. The room is candlelit after dark, there are fresh flowers on the tables and the service is attentive.
