| Local directions: | From M5, jnc. 29 at Exeter, take A38/A30 to Bodmin and follow route to Bodmin Town Centre. Here, turn left on B3268 (signed Lostwithiel). Soon take right fork, B3269 signed Fowey. Join the A390 briefly (in direction of St Austell) then turn left rejoining the B3269 signed Fowery. After about 3 miles turn left to Golant (see hotel sign at this junction). At Golant continue along the waters edge to the end of the road. See the steep drive on the right. |
