Blickling Hall
Blickling Hall, built in the 17th century, is one of England´s great Jacobean houses. It is famed for its spectacular long gallery and collection of fine furniture, plasterwork ceilings, pictures and tapestries set in magnificent State Rooms. The Peter the Great Room is dominated by its massive tapestry of Peter the Great at the Battle of Poltawa. Close to the Hall you will find a delightful secret garden, an eighteenth century orangery and a dry moat. The gardens are full of colour all year and there is extensive parkland with a lake.
