Chatsworth

The home of the Devonshire family, Chatsworth is one of the treasure houses of England, set in the Peak District National Park, and built in 1552 by Bess of Hardwick. The most magnificent rooms are on all three floors of the house, filled with treasures collected over five centuries. The 105 acre garden is particularly famous for its cascade, recently judged to be the country´s finest waterwork, and other spectacular fountains.
