Sandringham House

Sandringham House is the country retreat of Her Majesty The Queen and all the main ground floor rooms are used by the Royal Family. They are full of their ornaments and furniture, and numerous family portraits including Edward and Alexandra at the Vienna Exhibition. The stables have been converted into a museum and house a collection of early Royal vehicles, including the first car owned by a British monarch, along with many family possessions. A photographic exhibition shows the history of the house from 1870. The house is set in 60 acres of beautiful wooded gardens.
