Syon Park
Syon House is the London home of the Duke of Northumberland. The House is Tudor in origin and was transformed by Robert Adam into one of his earliest and finest interiors. Many of the furnishings were brought to Syon from Northumberland House after its demolition in 1874. Adam planned the Long Gallery as a room for the ladies and it is decorated in pinks and mauves. The collection contains the spectacular Sèvres vase and interesting Stuart portraits by Van Dyck and Lely. In the gardens is the Great Conservatory designed by Charles Fowler in the 1820s. There is only partial disabled access.
