Park Lane, Seal, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN15 0JE
Wildernesse Golf Club is rated the fourth best course in Kent and, although relatively short at 6,150 yards (par 72), the attractive heavily-wooded terrain that has matured since 1890 is a regional qualifying venue for The Open. Plenty of hazards and well-placed bunkers, in addition to the trees, provide a test for players of all standards. The tree-lined fairways put a premium on straight driving. The toughest of the seven par fours on the front nine is the testing stroke index three 450-yard ninth. The homeward run offers more variety with three par threes, fours and fives. The last three holes need particular attention. A gentle walking course with few slopes.

Review of Wildernesse Golf Club

A well designed course with a lot of work in place on remodelling and installing bunkers. This is well worth a visit but be wary of a degree of snobbery by some members as this is a course where fees attract such people. That apart you will very much enjoy this great test of your handicap.
