Heswall Golf Club
Heswall's new layout is due to open in July 2007. Work has included the building of five additional and the course will be played in a different order with the existing 14th being played as the 10th, the 15th becoming the 11th and the 17th becoming the 12th. The new layout provides for two balanced nines each with two par fives and two par threes. There is no change however in the spectacular views over the Dee Estuary and the Welsh Hills plus the suspension bridge near Connah's Quay, the Clwyd range including Moel Famau, Point of Ayr and Hilbre Islands.
