Piltdown Golf Club


Piltdown Gold Club in East Sussex is close to Uckfield and was founded in 1904. The terrain is fairly level but the narrow fairways; small greens and an abundance of heather and gorse make for challenging golf. The Clubhouse was extensively enhanced in 2001 to provide extra lounge space, larger changing rooms and more shower accommodation. The Club's Catering and Bar staff have built up a good reputation for providing a quality service which is available to visitors and members. Visitors, whether in Societies, groups or as individuals are all welcome at Piltdown.
