Crowborough Beacon is a heathland course close to the highest point in Sussex at nearly 800 feet above sea level with spectacular views to the South Downs. Now 18 holes with a rebuilt clubhouse it has, arguably, one of the finest panoramas around. It will test accuracy rather than length off the tee as the fairways are narrow and there are plenty of hazards and the par four second is a fine hole. The club prides itself on giving visitors a warm welcome.
