Loch Lomond Golf Club
Designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf in 1993 Loch Lomond, on the banks of the largest expanse of fresh water in Britain, is an exclusive private members’ club that ranks among the most attractive in the world. There can be no-where better on a sunny day. Only seen by the public when the Scottish Open is on television. Each hole is varied and immensely challenging, the loch and the towering Ben Lomond features on most holes that, with the exception of the linked second and fourth greens, are isolated from the each other. The par three 17th and frightening dog-leg 18th where the tee-shot is played over water and then to an uphill, bunkered green make a memorable finish.
