Cavendish Golf Club

Alister Mackenzie, one of the finest golf architects, designed Cavendish in the 1920s and much remains the same today on a course that weaves through undulating woodland and dense copses making it a real challenge. The feature hole is probably the par three 4th, which needs a solid shot from the elevated tee shot to avoid the ring of bunkers. The course is not long but with a premium on accuracy it does not need to be.
