Carlyon Bay Golf Course

Beautiful, dramatic and challenging – words that all fit the course to a tee situated a few steps away from the quality Carlyon Bay hotel. The first nine holes of the spectacular 6,500 yard course stretch along the cliff top, then the course turns inland through beautiful countryside scenery with many natural hazards. The view down the first hole is amazing and the second at 467 yards in an early test. The downhill par-five tenth tempts a big drive. The course finishes with a par three with out of bounds to the right and trees to the left. Many comment on the stunning views across St Austell Bay.
