Goring & Streatley Golf club

Goring and Streatley measures 6,355 yards and boasts panoramic views of the Thames Valley. It's reputation rests on the quality of the course, notably the subtlety of the greens, but it has also undergone a long-term intensive period of work including bunker refurbishment, a drainage project which included a new pond on the eighth and reconstruction of pathways. The course has magnificent views of the Ridgeway and the River Thames. The second and the seventh are rated tough holes and making par is a real achievement and there's a fine finish with the 206 yard 16th, par five 17th (511 yards) and the 420 yard final hole is something special from the tee.
