Glansevern Hall Gardens

The gardens surround Glansevern Hall, a Greek Revival house, set in wider parkland alongside the River Severn, and one is always within sight or sound of water - river, fountains, 4 acre lake and large water garden. The walled garden has been ingeniously divided into compartments separated by hornbeam hedges and ornamental ironwork and the vast rock garden conceals a walk-through grotto. There are beautiful walkways through woodland or along the banks of the Severn and the gardens are noted for their variety of unusual trees. The restaurant/ tea room combines with an art gallery in the old stable block
