Ardkinglas Woodland Garden

Ardkinglas Woodland Garden is set on a hillside in a peaceful location overlooking Loch Fyne. It is home to many of Britain´s Champion Trees including the `Mightiest Conifer in Europe´, a Silver Fir and one of the tallest trees in Britain, a Grand Fir, together with a stunning display of rhododendrons and azaleas. There is a Woodland Lochan and gazebo with a unique `Scriptorium´, somewhere to sit and enjoy the view whilst contemplating the quotes. The garden is of interest to the plant enthusiast or those wanting a peaceful woodland walk - watch out for the red squirrels!
