Parcevall Hall Gardens


Parcevall Hall Gardens is a hidden gem. Located on a steep hillside and the only large garden to be open to the public within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This formal and woodland garden commands impressive views of Simons Seat and Wharfdale. Orginally laid out in the 1920´s by the late Sir William Milner, with many specimen trees and shrubs collected from Western China and the Himalayas. Main features include a rock garden with pools, orchard, formal terraces, herb garden, rose garden, chapel garden and woodland trails. Offering year round interst to plantsmen and anyone who enjoys peace and tranquillity in a natural setting.
