Godinton House and Gardens are set in a beautiful 18th century landscaped park with views across the countryside. The formal gardens include terraced lawns, topiary, formal pond, rose garden and herbaceous borders all surrounded by a vast yew hedge and ornamented with impressive statuary. A small walled Italian garden with central fountain and scented Mediterranean planting makes a peaceful haven looking out over the wild garden which is a mass of daffodils, fritillaries and other spring flowers. The walled kitchen garden contains delphinium borders, making a stunning display in early summer, there is also a new greenhouse and cutting garden.

Opening Times: Garden: 1 Mar to 1 Nov, Daily 14:00-17:30. House: 2 Apr to 3 Oct, Fri to Sun & BH, 14:00-17:30. Last tour 16:30.
Admission: Garden: Adult £4.00, Child (under 16) Free. House & Garden: Adult £7.00, Child (under 16) Free. Group (12+) rates available.
Child Friendly:  Children of all ages welcome
Dog Friendly: Dogs Permitted (Not in garden, but on leads in park)
Location: From the M20 junction 9, follow the signposts for Ashford until first roundabout, then continue towards Lenham A20. Go straight over the next roundabout and turn left at the Hare & Hounds Pub on the A20. Follow the Brown & white tourist signs.
Facilities: Coaches Welcome, Guided Tours (restrictions may apply), Limited Disabled Access, Parking Availability, Picnics allowed in shady car park, Plants for Sale, Tea Room
