Tiverton Castle Gardens
Tiverton Castle Gardens: Beautiful walled gardens and romantic ruins making a wonderful backdrop. A Spring bulb border has colourful and unusual bulbs. A brughtly coloured summer border round the house has some rare shrubs and bedding plants. A prolific kitchen garden produces seasonal fruit and vegetables, and old varieties of fruit trees grow in the orchard. In the woodland are mature trees, and paths lead down to the River Exe. For an urban garden a surprising variety of wildlife exists.
