Dunge Valley Rhododendron Gardens are a plant collector´s garden made since 1983 in a small valley high in the Pennines. Shelter trees were planted early on, and now provide the setting for many kinds of shrubs and choice herbaceous plants, some of them surprisingly tender. Rhododendrons, magnolias, camellias, acers, embothrium etc. Also Conservation Park open Thursdays and Fridays to Garden Visitors
