Grade II listed house with stylish, self contained, fully serviced guest wing with its own private street access. The elegant first floor, king size en-suite bedroom has a large private, luxury bathroom, separate walk-in dressing room and views over the garden. A cot or folding child bed are available on request. A separate, second floor, twin room is also available extending the accomodation over three floors, ideal for a larger family group or older children. The ground floor breakfast room and downstairs WC complete the suite of rooms availbale for you exclusively during your stay. All rooms have underfloor heating and are furnished to a very high standard. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in both rooms and a fridge is located in the breakfast room for chilled drinks. Street parking is available in Croft Rd. Access to the garden is by arrangement only.

Local directions: From Aylesbury Waterside Theatre take first left, A413 signed Amersham, then 2nd left into Croft Road and park. Walk back to the main road and left onto Walton Terrace, no 9 is the fourth building with a veranda.

A truly wonderful find. Rebecca was a superb host offering quality bed and breakfast accommodation in her lovely home. Very comfortable bedroom situated overlooking her rear garden where her chickens roamed freely. Fantastic bathroom facilities and underfloor heating - what a treat! Would certainly recommend and will certainly return for another stay. Thank you Rebecca.

An excellent B&B and a very warm welcome from Rebecca. The Garden Room is very comfortable, well equipped and very quiet. It's more of a suite than a room; you have a spacious bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, beautiful large bathroom, private landing, private dining room with fridge, and your own entrance.
The cooked breakfast (small supplement) was excellent. Rebecca was very helpful and friendly and we were free to use the lovely garden and see the chickens, dog and fish; great for kids.

A calm and peaceful oasis in the centre of Aylesbury. Highly recommended.
