The Guest House was purpose built for family use in 2005 and totally refurbished in 2010. Standing alone in the grounds of Manor Cottage it affords extraordinarily comfortable and spacious accommodation on two floors with glorious rural views to the East, South and West. It is furnished from family collections augmented by modern equipment. Full B&B, with lunch/dinner options in the farmhouse kitchen of the main house. Home produced eggs and vegetables are used as available and meat is ordered from by the local Traditional Breeds farm shop. There is also a kitchenette affording limited self-catering opportunities. Prices listed are for the exclusive use of the Guest House with full B&B for up to two people. Discounts are available for multiple nights. The cost of other meals and packed lunches is by individual arrangement dependent on the menus required.

Outdoor activities on site:	40ft outdoor swimming pool heated April - October dependent on seasons, 2 acre garden, Extensive library; magazines; cards & board games including backgammon & chess; maps & tourism literature., Excellent walks all around, Wildlife & Bird Watching from living room. Binoculars provided
Activities nearby:	Golf, Polo at Cirencester & Beaufort, Tennis, Sailing, Water skiing, Gliding, hot air ballooning, Horse Trials at Badminton, Gatcombe & Withington, National Hunt Racing at Cheltenham
Local directions:	From Cirencester follow the A435 towards Cheltenham. Bear left after the Golf Course, over the X roads, 1st left. In Bagendon turn hard left after the telephone box up a steep hill marked No Through Road.
