Local directions: Situated just off the A1017 between Sturmer and Ridgewell. FROM STURMER go through New England, ignore 2 turnings off to the right, one on a sharp LH bend. We are the next property on the left. Take the 1st entrance in. FROM RIDGEWELL follow A1017 for about 3 miles, down a hill into Baythorne End. Continue round a sharp LH bend out of the village until you see farm buildings on both sides of the road where you turn in R through the 2nd entrance.
