Pear Tree Farm is a Grade II, 17th Century, farmhouse on the edge of historic Wigmore village in North Herefordshire. Our breakfasts and dinners are freshly prepared using local, free range produce and our hospitality and cooking have won many accolades. Sally Shalam included us in the Guardian Top Ten of the Decade (2010) and the Sunday Times Travel Magazine included us in their Top 100 in the World (2010) – Top 12 in the UK. We are 7 miles from medieval Ludlow with its Michelin starred restaurants and the drive through Mortimer Forest to Ludlow must be one of the loveliest in the country. Wigmore, steeped in history, has its own ruined castle and Saxon/Norman Church. This is wonderful country for exploring castles and stately homes, walking, cycling or just enjoying a glass of cider in our hammocks or a glass of wine by the fire. Minimum Nights 2.
