John and Lena Tomnay welcome you to Kirkbank House, a new 5 star boutique B&B in the Scottish Borders. A beautiful house with spectacular views over the Cheviot Hills and miles of rolling countryside in between, with a tranquil garden in which to sit and contemplate. We are ideally located for anyone on a walking, golfing, or cycling break in the Scottish Borders or Northumberland, or just for a romantic getaway. Log fires, stand alone baths, super king size beds and Siberian goose down duvets give a luxurious touch. The art, furniture and serene contemporary interiors have been inspired by their travels in Asia creating an oasis of calm luxury.

We are only 45 minutes from Edinburgh or Newcastle and 3.5 hours from London by train and we can pick you up from Berwick Upon Tweed station. An hours drive from Edinburgh and Newcastle airports.
