Our home dates from around the 1600’s and is situated by the village of Horham surrounded by beautiful countryside. Hill Farm House is near the Suffolk/Norfolk border at the centre of East Anglia and is within easy reach of the Heritage Coast, Southwold, Aldeburgh and all the major towns and attractions. The rooms have LCD TV’s, tea, coffee, mineral water, soaps and shampoos. Our breakfasts are made from local produce and served with home made breads, jams and marmalade.

"Dating from the 1600s, Hill Farm house carries all the original features and charm that one could wish for. Rooms are spacious and full of character with views of the neighbouring pond and paddock but mercifully for the urbanite not without 21st century mod cons such as wifi and flat screen TV. The village of Eye is located close to the beautiful seaside town of Southwold, famous for its local brewed ale, and is only a short drive from the haunting monastery ruins of Bury St Edmunds."
