This unique watermill has been converted to give an indulgent 21st Century feel, set in its own grounds with 2 rivers tumbling down from the Glyder & Carneddau mountains. Stylish, modern & comfortable. 20 mins from Mount Snowdon. The atmosphere is relaxed, informal and friendly. It is the little things that make the difference, like the care and attention we devote to your needs, no matter how great or small. Set 200m from the nearest road, you can be assured of peace and tranquillity. To ensure our guests are not disturbed we only accept advance bookings & have no signs at the entrance.

Activities nearby:	Snowdon, Caernarfon, Conwy, Betws-y-coed, Anglesey, Llandudno all approx. 20 mins by car
Local directions:	We are located off the TREGARTH to BETHESDA B4409, the entrance to the mill can be found just in front of a row of cottages called TREM FFRANCON. Small public footpath sign points along the drive infront of the cottages.

Very scenic location on edge of a glen with flowing stream. Very good breakfast and excellent rooms and old renovated mill. They also accept babies and children, which is rare.
