|Local directions:||We are located off the TREGARTH to BETHESDA B4409, the entrance to the mill can be found just in front of a row of cottages called TREM FFRANCON. Small public footpath sign points along the drive infront of the cottages.|

Very scenic location on edge of a glen with flowing stream. Very good breakfast and excellent rooms and old renovated mill. They also accept babies and children, which is rare.
