With the feeling of a boutique hotel, Brucefield Boutique B&B offers 4 modern en-suite bedrooms with luxurious features such as flat screen TVs, DVDs, in-room fridges and wireless broadband access as standard. In our guest lounge, you will find a complimentary mini bar. We have a large mature garden which is available for guest use. We are located close to town, the cliffs and the Abbey, and a number of championship golf courses are a short drive away. Local directions: FROM DUNDEE - Follow the A92 to Arbroath. Once the dual carriageway ends, take the second exit at the roundabout and continue on the A92 , Dundee Road. At the next roundabout (with McDonalds on your left), go straight on. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue on the A92. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue on the A92. Take the next right onto East Grimsby Street. Take the next left onto Ladybridge Street. Continue straight along Ladybridge Street and move in to the left hand lane. At the T junction, turn left onto High Street. Follow the road round to the right and continue on Ponderlaw Street. Turn right onto Cliffburn Road, which is the first right after Ponderlaw Lane. Brucefield is about 0.5 mile down Cliffburn Road on the left hand side, look out for our signs. FROM ABERDEEN - Take the A90 towards Perth/Dundee. Exit onto the A92 towards Arbroath/Montrose. Go through 5 roundabouts. Turn left onto the A92 at Rossie Island Road. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A92. Continue on the A92 for about 10.5 miles, enter Arbroath. Turn left onto Hayshead Road. At the T junction, turn right at Seaton Rd. Take the first left onto Cliffburn Road. Brucefield is about 0.5 mile down Cliffburn Road on the left hand side, look out for our sign. FROM EDINBURGH: Take the A90, M90 and A92 to Dundee and then follow directions above from Dundee.
