When we arrived we received a very warm welcome and our every need was catered for. Our host Lesley was extremely friendly and constantly checked with us in case there was anything we needed. The studio apartment was perfect. Our stay was absolutely faultless, especially as we have a dog. We will be definitely be coming back.

This is the most friendliest place, really comfy and relaxing. Dogs are really welcome and the garden is so pretty. Lesley is so attentive to our every needs. The rooms are really cosy, spotless and the breakfast is lovely and plenty to choose from. We were made to feel very special.

Immaculately clean and modern accommodation. Friendly and welcoming owners. Every need catered for. Flexible and laid back, making us feel at home. Brilliant for dog owners. Superb breakfast. Lovely garden terraces to enjoy sunshine!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast wonderful. All locally sourced products, including bread, jams, marmalades made locally. Always fruit available. Cooked breakfast best in Cornwall, as far as we are concerned, try it! All rooms in garden, come and go as you like, eat in the garden if you like.

Amazing accommodation, so many small touches. Really thoughtful hosts and delicious food. Super little dog and friendly cat. Beautiful time of year in Tregony to see Ashby Villa's garden and enjoy a BBQ.

If you need a perfect base from which to explore the Roseland Peninsula and Cornwall, this is perfect in every way, large, spacious, beautifully decorated studio rooms, warm, welcoming and relaxing. Anything you could possibly need is provided by the owners. Its a haven from home.

We had a wonderful family Easter weekend at Ashby. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and tasteful. The welcome was generous and the breakfasts were exceptional. We will be back again and again.

In an excellent location is minutes drive from the sea, this beautiful B&B mad a great family Easter break. The spacious rooms were fantastic with lovely showers! The breakfasts were exceptional and the beds were most comfortable and the setting was very pretty. A great weekend we'll be back for sure!

The perfect place to stay. Easy location and good for visiting other places around. Excellent welcoming and hospitality. Very comforting and gorgeous rooms. A lot of good details. Lesley recommend a good restaurant which we were very impressed with the atmosphere and food. When we left the B&B we felt sad. Thank you Lesley.

My three day stay has been a real treat. The breakfasts have been fantastic, good choice of menu, presented beautifully. I could have stayed at this table all morning trying all the delicious food. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean. It is so spacious, I felt very relaxed. Lesley is very welcoming and helpful.

Very welcoming, clean, warm room in excellent shape. En-suite was modern and well maintained. Owner could not be more helpful. Breakfast was provided at the time of our choosing and was delicious. Full Cornish breakfast complemented the usual cereals and fresh fruit. The cooked food reminded me of breakfast at one of Jamie's Cornish restaurants, full of flavour. A real pleasure staying here, with access to our room in outbuildings independent of the main house meaning we could come and go without disturbing anyone.
We will definitely be returning. Thank you Lesley and family.

This was the most comfortable bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in, the warmth we felt when we arrived was so comforting, a very special place. We wholly recommend this house and we will be back. Breakfast outstanding.

John & Lesley are so welcoming. The rooms are just gorgeous, you want to take them home! Tregony is so sweet and everything special in Cornwall is accessible from here. Perfect, perfect place.

This is an amazing bed and breakfast Lesley is a fantastic host and will do anything to make sure you are happy, nothing is too much trouble. She makes a fantastic breakfast with everything on offer! We took our dogs and stayed in the "dog house" and it was brilliant, so homely and really beautiful. We will defiantly be back!

This is the best accommodation we have ever found in Cornwall, Lesley is an excellent host and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are private and relaxed and superbly finished, it is so right for a relaxing visit.

The breakfasts are fantastic, served when you want with an extensive menu, really we cannot fault this place, we will be back every June.
