Ascot House B&B is an attractive Victorian villa built in 1869. It stands in an ideal spot for exploring the beauty of York city, as it is just a 15 minute walk to the centre, or a short trip by bus which passes the front door. A beautiful pine staircase leads to some very comfortable and well equipped bedrooms, most of which offer four poster or canopy beds. A sauna is available for hire. Traditional breakfasts are served, and there is a comfortable residents` lounge with television, where guests may relax and enjoy a drink from the Butler`s pantry.

At the junction of A1237, take A1036 into York. 100 yrds past 30 MPH signs take 2nd exit off roundabout, signed Heworth. At next traffic lights, turn right into East Parade.
