| Local directions: | From Junction 27 of the M5 follow the A361 Tiverton bypass to the rondabout. Take the third exit on to the A396 Exe Valey road towards Dulverton. Follow the signs for Dulverton for about 8 miles. Be careful at the ´Black Cat´ junction as this can be a little awkward - DON´T follow the road round to the left signposted South Molton, instead signal right but you in fact will be travelling straight across. At Exebridge turn left onto the B3222, still following the signs for Dulverton. Half a mile after Exebridge take the left fork where Brushford and ´Three Acres Country House´ is signposted. At the crossroads go straight ahead and you should see the sign for Three Acres in front of you. |
