Once the Manor House, dating from Tudor times, The Great House is situated on the edge of the pretty black and white village of Dilwyn. The house displays fine features, tudor panelling, a magnificent fireplace, flagstones and polished floorboards. There is also a Summer sitting room to enjoy. The wrought iron 18th century garden gates lead into a well tended garden, and a hornbeam avenue leads up to the house. There are many good pubs locally. Here is unspoiled English countryside, with appealing little villages, hills, woods, walks and gardens.
