Church Farm B&B is a 350 year old farmhouse overlooking Deben Valley, next to the church. We are in our 45th year of B&B. Three pretty bedrooms with delightful views, tea/coffee making facilities in bedrooms, fresh produce and our own eggs, marmalade, local sausages, bacon. Renowned evening meals every night. Guest dining room and TV lounge. Parking for ten cars, beautiful gardens. Two double ensuite bedrooms in garden lodge also available.Easy reach of Snape for music, Minsmere for bird watching, Sutton Hoo, Constable Country, Framlingham Castle.
