Church Farm B&B is a 350 year old farmhouse overlooking Deben Valley, next to the church. We are in our 40th year of B&B. Three pretty bedrooms with delightful views, tea/coffee making facilities in bedrooms, fresh produce and our own eggs, marmalade, local sausages, bacon. Renowned evening meals every night. Guest dining room and TV lounge. Parking for ten cars, beautiful gardens, footpaths across fields, ducks, chickens, geese.
