Within a short walk of the seafront, Riviera Conference Centre, harbour, Torre Abbey with its wonderful gardens and Torquay Town Centre. | Local directions: | BY TRAIN/COACH: If you are arriving in Torquay by train or coach, Kingston House offers a transfer service from and to the town’s train and coach stations. Contact Kingston House directly for further information. Please contact Will or Jo at Kingston House, at least 24 hours in advance, in order to take advantage of the transfer service. Arrangements can then be made for you to be picked up from the station and brought directly to Kingston House. BY CAR (from the M5 motorway): - Exit the M5 onto the A38, following the signs for Torquay/Plymouth. - After approximately 3 - 4 miles (5 – 6.5 km), take the left-hand lane to Torquay on the A380. - Stay on this road until you reach Newton Abbot. - At the Penn Inn roundabout, continue straight over following the signs for Torquay/Paignton. - At the next roundabout, take the A3022, signposted towards Torquay. - Continue on this road, take a right-hand fork into Avenue Road when approaching Torre Railway Station, signposted Seafront/Paignton. - Kingston House is approximately 500 metres further down, on the left-hand side. |
