We stayed here for 2 nights in early May and were made very welcome by the host, who is a very good cook! The house is comfortable and clean, Wirksworth is an interesting place and gives easy access to the Peak District. We recommend this B&B strongly.

A great welcome from our host Tim who couldn't have been more helpful. I lovely quirky B&B converted from the old police station with lots of memorabilia. Our room was really nice and comfortable and the meals, breakfast (very good), and we had an evening meal (excellent), all in all a top place to stay. We will be back.

Great welcome with china tea cups and home made cake. Stayed in Magistrates Room with carved oak bed, crisp white bed linen. Exposed brick wall and proper old fashioned wallpaper. Beautiful piping hot breakfast - great attention to detail.
