North End Farmhouse, a restored 17th century Westmorland longhouse, is to be found in the heart of the tranquil Eden Valley yet only 20 minutes from Ullswater and the stunning scenery of the Northern lakes. Accommodation is extra spacious with modern en-suite bathrooms, a guest lounge with inglenook and a log-burning stove, totally separate from the owners´ accommodation. After a day´s walking in the hills, routes available, or just visiting the wealth of local historic places why not return for a relaxing evening meal served in our garden room overlooking the High Pennines.
