New House Farm B&B is the ´real lakes´ with all the peace and beauty of the fells, valleys and lakes but without the crowds. New House Farm is a 17th century Grade II listed farmhouse offering very comfortable accommodation. The bedrooms are all en-suite with many little extras. There are two residents` lounges, both with open fires and an elegant dining room where delicious three course evening meals are served and hearty breakfasts enjoyed in the morning. There are fabulous views from every window.
