Dorothy´s Cottage overlooks the Troutbeck Valley and has wonderful views onto the dramatic High Street Fells. Dorothy´s Cottage which was built in 1626, has been painted by many artists. With an open fire, oak beams and stone flag floors, the cottage has a unique feel. Accommodation comprises a comfortable sitting/dining room. Upstairs is a large bedroom with twin beds and a shower room. Troutbeck is still a peaceful conservation village with post office, hotel with bar meals and an award winning good food pub. There are many beautiful walks from the door. Minimum stay 2 nights.
