Cote How is an ideal retreat but still within easy reach of restaurants and pubs in nearby Ambleside and Grasmere. There are numerous walks and bridle ways directly accessible from the house including Loughrigg, Nab Scar, Fairfield Horseshoe and Rydal Water.
