Tubbs Mill House is 300 years old and was once the main house to a working mill. Situated at the bottom of a valley bordered by the River Luney the house offers peace and seclusion far off the beaten track. Spectacular walks (South West Coastal path just one mile). The house has been tastefully restored and has 3 bedrooms. Rooms have tea/coffee making facilties, radio and colour TV with DVD player - a wide range of titles available. There is also a large sitting room for guests´ exclusive use and a drawing room with a wide range of books and magazines. Light suppers available by arrangement. An ideal base for exploring Cornwall and its treasures.
