The Manor House B&B


The Manor House B&B at Flamborough Head, a designated heritage coast, is famous for its chalk cliffs, smugglers´ caves, and the largest seabird colony (including gannets and puffins) in England. The Manor House dates from the 18th century. It is well situated for touring the coast and the East and North Ridings of Yorkshire. York, Whitby, Scarborough and Beverley are all within an hour´s drive while country houses include Castle Howard, Burton Agnes Hall, and Sledmere House. Easy parking. Shop in converted stable sells antiques, Breton shirts and hand-knitted Ganseys. Local pubs and restaurants.
