The Mount is a Victorian country house with spacious and imaginatively decorated rooms. It is set in 12 acres on the edge of the village of Higher Kinnerton. The gardens have a tennis court and croquet lawn. The bedrooms enjoy countryside views and have television, tea/coffee making facilities. This is an ideal place to relax and explore the North Wales coast and Cheshire. It is six miles from Chester, 45 minutes from Liverpool and Manchester, and one hour from Anglesey. Bodnant Gardens, Port Sunlight, historic Chester, Erdigg, Offas Dyke and Llangollen are all nearby. There is an excellent village pub.
