23 Mayfield was built in 1868 during the reign of Queen Victoria and is typical of the traditional architecture of its period. All rooms are uniquely decorated with handcrafted solid mahogany furniture according to the theme of the room. 23 Mayfield has a Drawing Room in which you can relax and unwind on our Chesterfield furniture. Local directions: From South M6/A74 - From the A74 take the A702 at ABINGTON Services through BIGGAR which will bring you on to the A720 City Bypass. Go round both roundabouts and join the Bypass where signposted 'Edinburgh South & East'. Leave the Bypass at the first junction marked 'Straiton Junction', join the A701 and follow the signs for City Centre. After 2.5 miles (4 km) bear left onto Craigmillar Park. Half a mile further on you will see '23 Mayfield ' on the right.
